Pratt and Lambert Accolade Velvet (yellow base)

Velvet is the equivalent of a matt finish. Leaving you with a beautiful wall that is more durable than a flat finish, while still retaining the beauty a dull sheen would offer you. This product can be tinted to some yellows. Ideally used as a first coat to help the final coat of yellow cover.
